1General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the Casinos Score platform. By accessing our services through the Casinos Score website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2Account Registration

A personal account is required to access Casinos Score's services. The following details must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• A valid email address

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, Casinos Score reserves the right to close all of them and any funds held may be forfeited.

Account Verification (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC process is complete.

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following requirements must be met to use Casinos Score's services:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must register under your own name — opening an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited
• Members are solely responsible for complying with their local laws when using our services.
• Anyone whose Casinos Score account has been previously banned may not re-register.

4Deposits & Payments

Casinos Score supports the following payment methods:

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. Casinos Score reserves the right to hold any deposit that appears suspicious or fraudulent.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (higher amounts possible with special approval)
• Processing is typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Casinos Score offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general terms and conditions apply to all bonuses:

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before you can withdraw your bonus funds.

Bonus Terms of Use

• Each member may claim each promotion only once unless otherwise stated.
• Using false information or multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Casinos Score reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be forfeited
• Free spins and other bonuses may have a maximum win cap

7Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Casinos Score, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Casinos Score is not responsible for bets affected by internet disconnection during live betting
• Casinos Score reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, stakes are generally refunded
• Bets may be voided if there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity

Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit applies to each market and event. Casinos Score may adjust these limits at any time. VIP members generally receive higher bet limits.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Casinos Score:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using irregular betting strategies for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Accessing another member's account without authorization
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or systems
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other members
• Registering with a fake identity or providing false information

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance. Relevant law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Casinos Score may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found
• If KYC verification fails
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the member's request (self-exclusion or permanent closure)

Voluntary Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time. Please ensure any remaining balance is withdrawn before closing. Contact our support team to proceed with account closure.

10Privacy & Data Protection
